Susie is an agent who exudes at her profession. She was an absolute delight to work with as she was always honest and upfront with us. Communication is key and Susie kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we were updated on every aspect of the sale. I would never have to wait for a response and she proved to us that we were indeed in safe professional hands. Her knowledge, understanding and command of the market was impressive and we were so grateful to have found an agent with outstanding work ethics. Thank you so much for everything Susie

When I first met Susie, she greeted me warmly and showed that she would do her best to help me. I've met so many agents, but this was my first time with an agent like Susie. I was impressed by how she did her best to both buyer and seller, and I am very grateful. Susie is a sincere person who introduces people a real home where real people can live in. Thanks again Susie.

I sold my house through Susie Stathakis in 2021. What stood out for me was : - the personal attention Susie gave, - the flexibility that Susie showed, in managing inspections during lockdown - the number of buyers Susie brought to auction, when only online auctions were possible - the realistic expectations that Susie provided - the way Susie delivered on all commitments. Susie also assisted in facilitating a rental, post sale of the property. Susie will be my first choice of agent for future sales. Her integrity is unquestionable.

Susie was super helpful to us (as a new buyer in the market) in understanding the process and always very responsive to any questions we had or advice we needed e.g. local trades, advisors etc. Really professional!

Very happy purchasing experience as Susie was very attentive and followed up actively.

Susie went above and beyond to help us sell our house. She recommended several tradies all of whom did an excellent job.
