Susie is Fabulous!

Susie helped my Mum sell a home she had lived in for over 60 years. Mum was in her 90's. Susie has a patient, warm, supportive and positive outlook. She's a good listener, and always responded quickly to any queries we had. At a personal level, both Mum and I found Susie to be great to work with. Planning the sale was difficult due to recent changes to the legislation and tight timeline constraints. A lot of thought was needed when planning of the campaign. Susie's advice was sound and she was backed up by experienced colleagues. The advertising campaign generated had a lot of interest, including from developers, so Susie had a lot of work to do. We were kept up to date with detailed reports as we got closer to the auction time, and a summary of the outcome of each inspection. Susie managed buyer enquiries promptly and effectively, and I think she generated real enthusiasm by being positive and honest. The result was a great turnout on auction day. The auction itself was very well managed, with lots of supporting staff from Susie's agency, and the result was well above pretty much everyone's expectations. We were very happy, and would gladly work with Susie again.
