Susie worked with us over six weeks earlier this year to successfully market and sell our house. We had a choice of agents but Susie stood out as she brings a matter of fact approach with in depth local market knowledge combined with straight talk that’s really appreciated as a vendor wanting to sell. At our first meeting Susie was extremely organised and planned, she came with paperwork, campaign details and options, calendar with clear timeline for opens and proposed auction date as well as the Marshall group fee structure to support our house sale.
