I first spoke to Suzana about buying a property when I enquired about one of her listings. She is the first agent I have spoken to who was more concerned about what I wanted as a buyer and finding the right property for me, rather than pushing me into what she had on her books at that particular moment. She would call or message me when she had a new listing that sounded promising and ask if would be something I'd be interested in, and met me on half an hours notice at lunchtime to show me through a home. I noticed that she took into account my feedback of previous places she had shown me through when suggesting places that suited me better to inspect in future. She was able to find great homes to offer me, much better than I expected to find in the price range that I had to spend.
