Suzanne took a personal interest in my needs for my new home with calm understanding - never pushy, never with a hard-sell sales pitch. Her follow-up phone calls were always respectful and as short or as long as I wanted them to be, and, if she was unavailable when I called she promptly returned my call even it was her day off! I highly recommend Suzanne, she's one of the best real estate agents I've ever dealt with.
