Cardow and co, in Bellingen, and in particular Suzanne Atkinson, their Sales Manager, was excellent. Suzanne kept us in the loop, communicated really well, and effected a good result for us efficiently, quickly, and very honestly.. I totally would recommend her and this firm for anyone seeking a purchase in this area, Suzanne could not have been better in any regard- always returning calls, phoning us re our sale progression etc, and in general, highly ethical, in every way. This is the second time we have dealt with Suzanne, as we bought thru her some 7 years ago. Consistently efficient, knows her business, and straight forwardly honest to deal with. We talked through a number of similarly priced options on sale at the time, highlighting the merits and draw backs of each. This gave me comfort that we had indeed made the right selection. Suzanne was very responsive to all of our queries. On a number of occasions she facilitated communication among the interested parties, in order to ensure the smooth and swift execution of the transaction. Although operating on behalf of the vendor, I never felt Suzanne to be pushing us for anything unreasonable. In fact I trusted her word entirely and was never let down.
