This is my very first experience in selling a property and did not have a slightest clue how to go about it. Agent Suzanne did everything for me.

From the start Suzie spoke with us and told us what she intended to do in regard to marketing the property and having open homes every Saturday. She was true to her word and did a letterbox drop to begin with which brought amazing amount of interested parties through on the first open home. After 3-4 weeks we decided to change the times of the open homes and this definitely also attracted a different set of buyers and it took less time to sell than even Suzie had anticipated. She was easy to deal with and kept us up to speed every step of the way. Once settlement occurred the funds from the deposit the agency held were in our account within two days.
