This is my very first experience in selling a property and did not have a slightest clue how to go about it. Agent Suzanne did everything for me.

Right from the beginning of our search for a home we could love and make our own little piece of paradise to relax and enjoy our time here on Bribie Suzie was incredible. Her communication was amazing with constant emails and new listings hitting my computer of new opportunities. She took the time to know what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us out, even on her days off she would not hesitate to meet us when it was suited us. From the start Suzie spoke with us and told us what she intended to do in regard to marketing the property and having open homes every Saturday. She was true to her word and did a letterbox drop to begin with which brought amazing amount of interested parties through on the first open home. After 3-4 weeks we decided to change the times of the open homes and this definitely also attracted a different set of buyers and it took less time to sell than even Suzie had anticipated. She was easy to deal with and kept us up to speed every step of the way. Once settlement occurred the funds from the deposit the agency held were in our account within two days. There was no worries and a smooth transition

We are pleased to have dealt with Suzanne for purchasing our property. My only feedback would be that if you advertise a house as 2 bathrooms, they should be in the main house. Overall it was a good experience.
