Suzanne was wonderful in assisting me in selling a unit belonging to the deceased estate of my brother. The sale was a challenge from the start as the unit was in a bad state as well as me being executor of the estate and located in Adelaide with no local knowledge. Suzanne turned up with coffees in hand for our initial meeting which was a welcome sight during the massive clean up operation. Throughout the sale process nothing was a problem for Suzanne, she organised keys to be cut, recommended a local conveyancer, organised tradies in order to prepare the property for sale, regularly checked on the property whilst we were awaiting probate and then effectively marketed and opened the property for inspection at the request of potential buyers. She effectively communicated with me throughout the sale process even though I was physically located so far away. We were able to successfully sell the unit prior to auction with minimal fuss.
