An absolutely delightful, engaging, disarming and deliciously cheeky but professional young lady who went the extra mile to salvage what could have been a disappointing lead-up to Xmas. Deceased estates can be problematic with competing vendor interests and unlike two previous agents who literally walked away from this listing, my new friend handled all with aplomb, exhibiting self-assurance and confidence in the correct measure without selling herself to the exclusion of the property (listen others...) Nothing was too much trouble including meeting and coordinating tradies at odd times, running errands and settling everyone concerned.
