In hindsight the experience was dampened by an initial selling price way above our expectations and in the end significantly higher than the market. In fairness the selling price was estimated by 4 different agents so we accepted that. In the end with little or no market interest over 10 weeks, we dropped the price by $50,000 and had immediate success.
