We started looking for our forever retirement home October 2016. We set up viewing with two other agents. They showed us several different places but none met both of the needs as stipulated by my husband and myself. We looked at one twice but the layout seemed all wrong. We lived 1000km away from the first house we purchased in Tolga. We spent 3-6 months online looking, countless hours on the phone to Suzey and called her on several occasions to supply more photos. A small 4 bedroom house on three and a half acres is a tall order to sell in Rangeview, especially when we were 3.2 klm from the new monster wind farm. Finally when we did find the right house to purchase, which just happened to be the day it finished it's exclusive listing (exlusive agent didn't include the house selling photo of the spectacular mountain views), it was a bargain only hours away from a contract.
