Suzi really took the stress out of buying our first property. At no point were we ever out of the loop, and we received regular phone calls from Suzi and Arthur to keep us up to date with what we needed to do, and generally see if we had any questions. As first time buyers we didn't have any understanding of the process, but Suzi made sure we were never lost with it and helped organise settlement agents and having services connected.
