Suzi and Arthur were great agents. They had great local knowledge, gave us the benefit of great advice and knowledge. They were great communicators and effected the sale of our property promptly and with a minimum of fuss.

My experience was poor. I was very unhappy with Suzi and Arther. I felt they were focused on.making their commission and not much else. I heard after they make a house sale they give owners a small token gift. Nil recieved here. Pretty much same as the service, full of promises they fail to deliver on. I would not recommended them. Arther did some minor damage to my house but declined to fix it but blamed it on the house instead of his lack of knowledge about how ewuipment work.

Our experiment with Suzi and Arthur was generally good, although we never actually met Suzi. They both possess a sound knowledge of the Heathridge area and were prompt when answering calls and emails. A few hiccups with settlement dates and advertised price. Final inspection was also a little rushed and unfortunately misleading.
