Suzie is an agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. Her market appraisal was spot on and my house sold for a street record price. Suzie is approachable, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. Highly recommend, from a client who has engaged Suzie twice.

Suzie is great, she helped along the whole process and had great communication. The whole journey was made a lot smoother and less stressful for me, thank you so much 🙏🏻

Suzie and associate were a pleasure to deal with when selling our home. No request was too hard and they stayed patient and professional at all times especially when we were dealt with some curve balls. On a personal note you cant find better people to deal with when selling or buying your family home.

Very easy to deal with. Very straight forward in negotiations.

Thank you so much to Suzie and staff, at every stage of the process my worries were put at ease, staff were attentive and supportive. Their expertise and experience shone through with their ease of handling of the sale from beginning to end. Thank you again, I cannot speak highly enough of their services.

My spouse and I had the privilege of working with Suzie Buckvic twice in the past year, first for our family home's sale in 2022 and later for our own property in 2023. Suzie's unwavering dedication, patience, and keen understanding of market dynamics were instrumental in orchestrating successful transactions. Suzie's extensive industry connections streamlined both property sales, linking us with a conveyancer, painter, stylist, lawn contractors, and bathroom/floorboard renovators. The emotional complexity of selling our Western region home and later our Hills property was expertly navigated by Suzie, providing us with a reassuring sense of calm throughout the process. Suzie's real estate prowess truly shone when our Hills property encountered two withdrawn offers within two weeks of hitting the market. Despite this setback, Suzie's confidence in the property and persistent efforts resulted in a finalized deal with a discerning buyer by the third week. Notably, both transactions exceeded our reserve price expectations by an impressive average of $200,000. Suzie's unwavering commitment to integrity and her diligent work ethic have left an indelible mark on us. We wholeheartedly endorse Suzie Buckvic as an exceptional and highly accomplished real estate professional.

Suzie went above and beyond from the start to the finish and made every part of the process a breeze for us. Her professionalism and attention to detail were a big stand out compared to other agents in the area. Also, her communication during the whole process was exceptionally good. She was able to achieve a sale for our property at the price we wanted in a very competitive market. I would recommend Suzie to everyone wanting the best sale experience.
