I was convinced to engage Schmith Boutique Realty Estate, unknown to me at the time I decided to sell, was mainly because of the indicative property price range provided by Suzie for similar properties in the area. A price range which was considerably higher that what local agents have provided me, and my estimate based on my research. In addition, my initial conversations with Suzie indicated that she offers value-added services, e.g., 'dressing-up' the house for marketing and selling, coordination of various parties. Considering the property market prices were in a downturn, getting the property in the market was urgent. Marketing and selling activities were executed to schedules and periodic updates provided by Suzie.
