Suzie Farrell was our saving grace! Our house had been on the market for 4 months with another agent. Despite a high number of inspections during our open for inspections in that time and over fifty thousand hits on the website, that agent failed to get a meaningful offer or sell the house! Suzie sold us our new place and at the time said "...I'll sell your house, give it to me and you'll see..."
