It was a cold winter day when I was showing my father a beautiful block of apartments near my current home. By chance, we ran into Suzie and she was kind enough to show us an apartment for sale which wasn't even on the market yet and we were immediately impressed by the grandeur and beauty of the block and the apartment. Long story short, I purchased this beautiful apartment without asking for a discount on the asking price. After I collected my keys and went into the apartment once again, I found a heartfelt note from the vendors saying that "We lived in this apartment for 10 years and enjoyed its peace and quiet. Hope you enjoy living here too". They had also left me various handy notes throughout the apartment, explaining how different things work, as I had purchased the apartment with the furniture. All in all, I purchased an apartment which looks and feels more like a loving home already, although I haven't moved in yet. I only wish I had met the vendors to thank them in person for taking such good care of the place. I also have to thank Suzie for her help throughout this process.

I was just amazed at how energetic, positive and inspirational Suzie was when focussing on the sale of our unit. Not only was she communicative at all times but she was happy to use her own 'private' time to meet us at the property to outline her sale plans.
