My personal experience working with Sylvi was a great one, without a doubt. From the very start she instilled a sense of confidence, in me, that our objectives would not only be fully achieved but also be achieved in a fairly short period of time & when all was said & done that's exactly what happened! I found Sylvi to be very personable & extremely likeable. I would say she definitely has an intimate knowledge of the market & the Real Estate industry in general & it was obvious to me that she loves doing what she does. Overall I would recommend Sylvi Allan to anyone, without hesitation & it was a pleasure to work with her!

Even with the extra complications required for probate, executor, sellers out of the area, and through the whole covid fiasco, she went above and beyond to help with inspections and make us comfortable with the purchase. She is one of the few Real Estate Agents I have encountered who I don’t feel will just tell you “whatever they think you want to hear” to get you over the line. Genuinely good person, highly recommended. Would definitely work with her again.
