We have just purchased a house after a two year search (that’s right two years...) for which Sylvia was the agent. During that two years we experienced all types of agents. Many of whom were difficult to say the least. Dealing with Sylvia on the other hand was a positive experience. She was straight forward, well reaserched, very responsive and with an excellent knowledge of construction industry which came in handy when answering questions about the property. We had the pleasure for working with Sylvia Disano. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. Our son wanted to be independent as he was nearly 24 years old but was not too confident moving away from mum and dad. Sylvia, being a good mum herself, eased the process for us as a close-knit family, and negotiated successfully a townhouse for Ryan to move in (only 500 metres away!!). She was always available to answer our questions; so responsive in many ways and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience. After 8 months of setting up house, we still see Ryan everyday (he gets a lift to work everyday from us) and comes back for dinner at least twice a week! ps.
