They came to check my house and explain how they sell and what market like with very kind manner. I could feel it's not plastic smiles and words like other agents. They said 1.6 ~ 1.7M. I was very excited and at same time I felt Why? How come they can say more than other big well known realestate companies. I asked why and Lim and Sylvia explained well with easy words which I can understand. I am so satisfied results of sale which was over 1.7M. All the way till settlement and even after settlement they care of me. They supported and gave me advices how to purchase my next house. I wasn't buying from them! Their commitment was true for huge event of my life.
