I approached Tain to market my property for sale after doing my research on property sales and results other agents have received. I was very impressed with his market presence and previous sale results . Once I met Tain the service was exceptional and started months before listing my property to get it ready for sale giving me contacts and ideas of improvements to ensure I received the best price for my house. We decided to go with the video package which gave us a greater presence which attracted alot of interest in our property. We had many offers initially which were not within our accepted price range.
