I selected Tain to sell a property for me in 2008 after an unsuccessful campaign over 10 months with another Agency. It was a difficult market at that time. I interviewed a number of prospective new Agents and Tain presented the best plan. He had that property under contract in about a week for a good price. The second property was an issue for me as it had just come off the rental market and some significant work needed to be done to have it ready for inspection.
