We would like to thank Tamara for selling our house and would definitely recommend North Brisbane Realestate to anyone thinking of selling their house. Tamara was professional, diligent and always kept us updated with a very clear line of communication at every step of the process. Tamaras marketing campaign was second to none and definitely enabled us to achieve our desired result. Thanks again Tamara we appreciate all of your hard work. Zeta and John

She has very good knowledge about the current market and she acted as a strong line of communication between us and seller . She was honest and her professionalism in conveying information and in following up things is very impressive .

I cannot speak highly enough of Tamara! Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and is a complete superstar!

Tamara was very responsive to my messages from first contact. Open home was a nice experience with cookies and candles (as there was no electricity) she is very friendly and helpful.

Tamara truly is a professional that impresses with her integrity and communication. She dealt with sales issues in a manner that kept things as stress free for us as Sellers & is the best agent we have ever dealt with - having sold over 6 properties, we certainly happily recommend her

We recently bought a home through Tamara and i have to say it has been a super easy experience. Tamara was very friendly always contactable and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!!

My experience with tamara was absolutely amazing her knowledge for everything was great and helped us get our new home

After managing this property while tenanted, Tamara had it sold very quickly and before it was listed thanks to her local connections from other open homes. Good communication and very helpful all the way through the sale process.

Tamara had her finger on the pulse from word go. Communicated and instructed me on how to get the best outcome. House was sold with in 3 days of listing it. Sold for way over the asking price. Will definitely be asking Tamara for her expertise in the future.

Tamara was very approachable, honest and forthcoming with all information we sought. Tamara responded to all questions in a timely manner. The process was a wonderfully smooth experience. Thank you!

We spoke to many different real estate agents before deciding to go with Tamara, because she's the only one that gave us an honest realistic opinion. She managed to get our house sold after only having the house on the market for 3 days. And the whole process of dealing with Tamara was straight forward and easy. She was there every step and didn't seem to ever take days off! She's very invested and helpful. So glad we decided to use Tamara's services.
