Tamara has been absolutely amazing!!!! We changed our rental property to Tamara to manage which we then went on to sell. Tamara always kept us up to date with what was happening with our property & the sale went through very smoothly. We will certainly recommend Tamara to family & friends!!!
First time buyer didn’t really know what I was doing, but with the help of tamara’s knowledge and care I was able to successfully purchase my first home. Her communication was 💯 percent and it was a pleasure working with her. Would recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling
Tamara was very kind, supportive, and helpful in walking us through the steps involved in purchasing our first home - a true professional! Our emails were always responded to quickly, and we were kept informed of what was happening with the purchase every step of the way. We were also given some amazing and thoughtful gifts when we picked up the keys on settlement day which we really appreciated, it made the day feel extra special!
Tamara was 100% committed to providing great knowledge an enthusiasm. We never felt alone or ever had any concerns. Her professionalism was the best we have experienced. Would have no problem recommending her to anyone wishing to buy or sell property
I found Tamara by chance and enlisted her services as a Property Manager initially. She instilled so much confidence in me that I also enlisted her to sell my property. She is a Jack of all Trades. She is extremely competent, hard working and quite literally bent over backwards to help me, when she didn't have to. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Thank you so much Tamara!
Tamara was so helpful with her knowledge and professionalism. With great communication.
Tamara was easy to deal with and was always readily available to make things work as per my schedule! Super fast and easy to communicate with her. Look forward to seeing her business progress even more!
Tamara has acted in the capacity of rental agent and then seller for our property. Not only has she been amazing in her professionalism and service, she always kept us informed, and was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others.
Tamarra was very professional and proactive with listing and selling our investment property. We would recommend her company to anyone selling or buying as she is very genuine and honest.
Tamara was very easy to deal with. She is professional and very informative. Nothing was a bother. Highly recommend
Thank you Tamara. We looked at over 35 Real Estate Agents that answered our call we dwindled it down to 6 and as you know we mulled over the final decision for over a week before we chose you. The reason was that you came across as the right person to sell our property and you did yourself proud. The property was only on the market (realestate.com ) for 4 days before you came back to us with an offer. You knew what we wanted and you came back with that offer. We cannot thank you enough especially in these trying times. I am not the type of person that hands out glowing recommendations for a lot of things but if anyone out there is looking to either sell/buy or rent a property, they should look no further than Tamara at North Brisbane Real Estate she will and does provide a brilliant service. We can highly recommend her. Again many thanks Tamara. Mr and Mrs Darrell and Daryl.👌👌👌
We are so grateful to have used North Brisbane Real Estate. We were fortunate enough to have had the amazing Tamara sell our home promptly and professionally. After our first contract crashed she managed to obtain a second contract on the same day which left us speechless. Always contactable and approachable and making us feel like her only client, Tamara delivered a great outcome for our home sale. Thank you!
