I was clear regarding the forms I was signing with understanding of the marketing processes of the property: photography dates were negotiated; prints produced in a hard copy pamphlet and online; open days were established and my property was ready for selling. Tamara was in liason with the solicitor and conveyancer and I received reports and results at alll stages to demonstrate progress. Tamara has very good people skills. I was/ am particularly impressed by, & grateful for her astounding willingness to communicate very quickly, at all hours, & for her level of support to help me through a gruelling & horrific experience of trying to sell through another agency first. She stuck by me & guided me to enable me to get through that & to sign with her. She then had several signed contracts within only 1 week, all well within a range I was happy with. Ultimately one was the best offer & everything was signed off without a hitch within (I think?) only 10 days. Wish I had gone with her in the first place.
