This is our first time to buy an established house without a lot of knowledge of buying a house although we have bought a brand new townhouse before. Besides, English is not our first language and we didn't have very positive experience with our first townhouse purchasing. Tamara Hall is very helping always keeping in touch and tells us what to do. Therefore, this purchasing goes without a hitch.
The idea to sell our home and buy a new property was just that.... an idea. We really had little knowledge about what was involved or the best way to go about the process. Then we met Tamara at an open home and our idea then catapulted into action.
