With regards to Tamara's role and involvement in this purchase, I honestly can't fault any part of the process from start to finish. From day one Tamara was more than helpful and understanding when arranging a private viewing outside the advertised hours due to other commitments I had with work. Fast forward to the business end of the purchase and she continued with the same level of enthusiasm shown from the start regularly keeping me up to date with any progress, important reminders and generally asking if she could assist in any way. From a buyers perspective in this particular case, I would be more than confident in utilising the service provided by Tamara in the future should the roles switch and I were to become the seller. I could not have had a more perfect agent. Selling our home was already an emotional roller coaster. But with the exceptional skills Tamara brought to the table it was a stress free process. Not to mention she sold our house in just 5 days and helped secure a property for us to move straight into. I would recomend her to anyone, and do regularly!

Not a pleasant experience definitely don't recommend. I found most of Tamaras comments and feedback facetious and unhelpful. The basic facts: Got the settlement documents incorrect 3 times. Blamed the 18 year old secretary for anything that went wrong, showed zero ownership. Continually asked for price drops (including the first week). Complained Realestate.com.au was not generating enough interest, didnt do much to change that. Over estimated the price of the home.
