From day one Tamara was more than helpful and understanding when arranging a private viewing outside the advertised hours due to other commitments I had with work. I could not have had a more perfect agent. Selling our home was already an emotional roller coaster. But with the exceptional skills Tamara brought to the table it was a stress free process. Not a pleasant experience definitely don't recommend. I found most of Tamaras comments and feedback facetious and unhelpful. The basic facts: Got the settlement documents incorrect 3 times. Blamed the 18 year old secretary for anything that went wrong, showed zero ownership. Continually asked for price drops (including the first week). Complained Realestate.com.au was not generating enough interest, didnt do much to change that. Over estimated the price of the home.
