Her team operates at backend wheelhouse efficiently and responsiveness has been amazing. There was no ambiguity in any of the content provided nor were any hidden surprises. After I selected the property, next steps and execution was flawless. We managed to settle without any delays. Tamara has the most genuine attitude to selling real estate it is to be absolutely commendable. She looks after buyers and sellers alike. I would know having both bought through her, and then sold through her. In my area, I couldn't think of any another agent that would I would even consider going with.
