Tamara and team showed me the right property matching my situation and circumstances, and needs. She guided me with the right documents for making and offer. She negotiated well with the sellers and negotiated a price that worked well for us. She closed the deal within a short timeframe (2/3 days after giving an offer). She promptly referred me to a mortgage broker and solicitors, understanding that this was my first experience of buying a home in Brisbane. We are originally from India and lived for about a decade in singapore. My situation was unique as I had recently started my new job, it was a holiday period between Christmas and new year, so I had to settle the loan with less available working days.
