Tamara and Daniel Leskie sold our property in a declining market. It was a hard slog, filled with a tenuous coordinated sale that fell-through, and out-for-a-bargain tyre-kickers. But despite that, they maintained optimism and a positive spirit throughout the long six months until an offer was made. The marketing collateral for our property was excellent, with drone shots showing our proximity to the bay, a video walk-through, and smart photography that showed the best of the property.
