Yes the house may well have sold itself ,BUT , it required an agent with the skills that TARA has . Proof being , that house was put on the market on a thursday , and sold on saturday .Extremely pleased with the team of TARA and DANIEL during the whole process of the sale .
Daniel and Tamara were fantastic agents in a very difficult market. They put a lot of effort into get us a sale. We had a building inspection completed by an incompetent inspector which nearly cost us the sale but Daniel was able to liase with the purchaser and put me in contact with a new building inspector and saved the sale. We had been in touch with Tamara for about 12 months before we sold our property as we had been building a new house.
