We recently used Tamara to help sell our home. She was very knowledgeable of the local marke,t approachable - easy to talk to, and contactable 24/7 and not in the slightest bit pushy. She gave us her ideas when we asked for advice and read the market well. Because the house was a rental property of ours and we were not living in the property, Tamara organised her gardener to come and do some mowing and garden maintenance on the property, she dropped off and picked up keys for the tradesman and bought our bins in for us when required. Tamara always went to the next level and made selling the house very easy at our end. Tamara gave us constant honest feedback of potential buyers thoughts on our home throughout the sales process and would keep us updated by phone or email on a regular basis. Did not allow sufficient time between open houses I feel there was not enough time between open houses . Tamara and Steven had to rush out not allowing sufficient time for buyers to look around . specially when buyers were running late . Other wise I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the sales campaign and result of the sale of our family home. Tamara did an excellent job in showcasing the home to its full potential. The suggested advertising campaign was perfect for the property and generated the right level of interest and attracted the right buyers - all very important (in my opinion).
