Our house was priced well and a great location with good city view. That no doubt attracted the buyers. The challenge was the first 2 contracts fell over however we finally got a good turnaround on the 3rd. Tamils has excellent communication skills and was transparent and honest with us. she certainly knows the area very well so she understands that market.
