The three Glenmore Park Realtor (GPR) agency sales staff acted as a cohesive team. Tammy impressed us at the onset and presented her team above the alternate agencies. We chose GPR as our agents and went with Tammy’s recommendation to present the empty house staged by Ambiance9, (well worth it). The photography from GPR was 1st class and displayed the sale online for optimum effect. Open house involved Tammy, Ralph and Belinda who each encouraged interest. Belinda ran with the sale when Tammy became temporarily unavailable. After 3 weeks with the combined team effort Belinda did a splendid job in negotiating between 2 buyers for a maximum price that we were very happy with. After us agreeing on the selling price between the 2 buyers Belinda surprised us by negotiating a further $5k more than we had agreed on to close the sale. Great work each of the team.
