We have been both vendor and purchaser with Tammy. I met Tammy at the open house of our new home in Morningside. What I like about Tammy is that she is very professional yet down to earth. She was always on call 24/7, even though she was in the midst of prepping for her wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. With her combined local area market knowledge and negotiation skills she worked hard to get our purchase over the line before she went on leave. Tammy is one of those genuine people - she is trustworthy, professional, committed to her clients and I love her fuss free manner.
