Due to very unreasonable sellers my purchasing experience was somewhat frustrated. The sellers were not cooperative in negotiating the terms of sale or the settlement period. Tammy was the middle man who had to deal with many issues mainly from the sellers. She was polite and diligent dealing with all parties. Ultimately, the agent was working for the sellers and not the buyer because the sellers pay the commission. Overall, my experience with Place real estate was average.

I used Tammy Dale to sell our latest house after dealing with other numerous agents both buying and selling (8 in total) over the last 5 years.
