Through some unfortunate circumstances in my life I found myself in a position of having to sell my house. At the outset, I contacted Harcourts in Oxley for an appraisal of my home as I had noticed alot of successfully sold houses in my area done by this agency. This is when I first met Tammy Hampton. Not only was she prompt and professional, it became clear to me that Tammy was the type to do her homework before even setting foot in my house as she noted some discrepancies between what information was already available about my home online compared to what the actual truth was. This impressed me. When it came time to sell, I contacted Tammy to initiate the process. Immediately Tammy already had lines on potential buyers to offer the property to off-market. Again, I was impressed. It was just unfortunate that my property did not meet the requirements of those buyers. So on the market we went, Tammy proved herself to be approachable, available, dedicated and informative.
