We contracted Tammy to sell our property after much deliberation and 5435678 agents trying to get our business, some even pushing paperwork while I was cooking dinner for my family. JUST. NO. Tammy didn't need to try, she is just instantly likable with ZERO creepy skeezy agent vibes. A lot of agents don't realize how thier desperate tactics translate. They ALL translate. Tammy doesn't operate like that. She is just too genuine. If she was going to stay for dinner she'd likely have cooked it herself OR brought dessert/wine and then offered to do the dishes afterwards. She'd probably even help put the kids to bed too. Tammy gave me the impression she was totally on our side of the transaction but I know that she is also on the buyers side too- constantly and genuinely trying to get the best outcome for both parties, not just to make an easy sale (and ours was anything but straightforward!). So if you need a rock star agent, or a singer to perform any songs from your favourite Disney movie, look no further than Tammy Hampton. Can recommend.
