Selecting an agent is often the difference between a good or poor outcome. In choosing Tandi we interviewed all the key local agents. Two of the so-called market leaders were very poor in getting back to us, if they're like that with us what are they going to be like with people who want to buy our house. The other two just underwhelmed in their plan and marketing presentation. The experience with Tandi was of an eager agent who was determined to sell our house. Selling a house in the first half of 2019 was not the best of times given how flat the market was. Tandi hustled and worked all buyers. We got exactly what we expected which is a credit to her.
