Tandi Gill recently sold a rental property of mine in Manly. I had originally planned to list my property with another REMAX agent. However, he had to take extended leave to support a family member. Whilst I hadn't yet appointed him, he ensured that I was well looked after and asked Tandi to contact me. Throughout the whole sale process Tandi listened to and respected all of my wishes regarding the sale of my property. It was important to me that my excellent tenants were not disrupted unnecessarily throughout the sale process. Tandi and her staff honoured these wishes, and my tenants commented on how great REMAX had been to them throughout the sales process. Tandi was very efficient, and kept me in the loop of all information during the sales campaign such as weekly summaries of all buyer feedback and feedback after all inspections. Her advice was invaluable to me. I managed to get a price for my property in a short period of time that I was very happy with, and all achieved during the quiet Christmas sales period at a time when there was a low confidence in the market (due to Royal Commission into banking and drop in Sydney/Melbourne house prices). We chose Tandi and her team as their agency were our property managers for 4 years leading into our decision to sell the property. The property management team has always been very good at support and communication with us for any inspection and maintenance that was required at the property and we found that the same level of support and communication was reflected in the sales team.
