What made Taney’s and Team’s effort so amazing is they managed to meet all of the outcomes I wanted when I originally listed my house. And this was done in a much harder environment than anyone could have foreseen – the Covid19 lockdown! I didn’t expect to receive a single offer under Stage 4 restrictions let alone an offer at a price I’m very happy with and on the shorter settlement term I wanted – I thought I would have to wait until restrictions eased and take my chances then. I can't recommend Taney and his team highly enough! We chose him because of his reviews and reputation and he certainly delivered. We needed to sell our house quickly as we were moving overseas and within a few days of signing with him, we had buyers round and a contract signed. Melbourne was in stage 3 lockdown and although at that point we thought stage 4 was unlikely, he thought otherwise, advising us to act quickly before it was too late. He was spot on as stage 4 come into effect not long after. Had we not acted, we probably would've struggled to sell and would've been unable to complete our move, causing us incredible stress and hassle. And despite our focus on selling quickly, he still managed to secure us an amazing price! He also quickly identified what we valued about our house without having to be told, our focus on natural light and his recognition of showing the house at the right times, the importance of music in our lives and his asking us to ensure it was playing whilst he was showing the house. This really impressed me cause none of the other agents we had considered this, and it made me feel as though he understood us and what we had tried to create. His knowledge of the area also surpassed all others, honing in on the best aspects on how the area would develop in future, features that I was acutely aware of as I had chosen the location because of this, all without having to be told.
