Taney and his team do put in a lot of effort that other agents wouldn't do. You won't get an update unless it's worth it. I think you need to be aware they need to maximise their time as they're trying to get the best outcome across all their clients. Remember you're not the only client they're managing. However, I experienced over promise and under deliver. They need to be realistic about what they can predict. However, they absolutely try their best and I won't take that away from them. Documents need to be more clear on expectations and protocols. Final inspections and what is expected. Other than that, they are friendly, informative and hard working. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
