Hi Anh, we are sorry to hear you feel you had such a negative experience with Ray White Bracken Ridge. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to both buyers and sellers.
The sale you are referring to in this complaint was serviced and transacted in accordance with contract legislation. We were unable to conduct open homes at the property at your request as this was not agreed upon at the signing of the contract and therefore not permitted. As you are aware, a contract is a legally binding document and all conditions must be abided by. If you wished to conduct open homes for the property prior to settlement, this needed to be stipulated in the contract which you did not include.
Until settlement occurs, the buyer does not own the property and as such cannot undertake any activities pertaining to leasing the property.
I am glad to hear you were able to secure a higher rental return than our Property Management department indicated. However, finding a tenant a week after settlement is exactly the same scenario that would have taken place regardless.
Our team wishes you all the best with your investment property and hope you're able to understand we acted ethically and legislatively according to the Real Estate code of conduct.
Regards,
