We met Tania a while ago and clicked straight away, we always knew she would be the agent we would use when we came to sell as we believe connecting with your agent is critical when you are dealing with the biggest asset you own. She brings great balance to the process, makes it fun along the way, but drives for outcomes in a "dog with a bone" kind of way. She is very honest and candid with both buyers and sellers and for us that drove an outcome inside 3 days which comfortably exceeded our expectations. The title to this post is deliberate, Tania owned the outcome for us and even when we had good offers in she was convinced there was another one out there that was better...and so there was....she wanted not a good outcome but the best outcome. Great fun and a real pleasure that I think left both vendor and purchaser satisfied with the experience.
