Our experience with Tanya Mungomery as our Agent when purchasing a Buderim villa on behalf of my mother-in-law was a good one. When we decided to submit an offer on the villa in question, we headed for Tanya’s office. Tanya completed the Contract, with a staff member’s assistance, in what must have been a record time, i.e. super-efficient! Our 45-day Sales Contract turned out to be a difficult one at times and the Unconditional Date of our Purchase Contract needed to be pushed forward twice. This created some tension, but Tanya kept both the Sellers and ourselves suitably informed, and all worked out well in the end.
