On the day we viewed the property we subsequently bought Tanya was there when we arrived, showed us through the unit and clearly she knew her real estate. Because the negotiations took place between Tanya and our son's Trust Manager, we didn't get to speak with her much, but when we did ask her questions she was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
