Tash is a wonderful agent in every way. I dealt with her during my purchase and sale. She went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. She kept me informed throughout advising me after every open home, and throughout every negotiation. She worked hard to achieve the best outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tash as one of the nicest and best agents I have had the pleasure of working with.
Tash is like a miniature bulldog in stilettos and I mean that in the nicest way. She has a determination like no one else. Her dedication to selling my property and getting a great price was exceptional. Tash knows her craft and she is such a pleasure to get along with. I recommend her to everyone and will always continue to deal with her. Thankyou my friend.
I would definitely highly recommend Tash Santos for buying or selling your home.Tash was fantastic to deal with when purchasing our home ,she was very professional with a personal touch.Made the whole process of purchasing our home a great one and very easy.
Tash possesses all of the qualities you ideally look for in an agent when it comes time to sell your property, she is professional, hard working and most importantly a savvy negotiator with your best interests being her primary motivator. Tash is a true stand out in her field and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property on the Gold Coast.
Chose Tash to sell my unit because she sold two others in my block and both clients said she was brilliant. I'm glad I chose her as everything went smoothly and to plan. Unit sold in about four weeks and I got a good price. If you want a good agent without the BS I would highly recommend Tash. Job well done Tash Thanks John Dacey
I was extremely impressed by Tash Santos from the first meeting, we had spoken to other agents earlier in the day and they just didn't have the personality or professional approach that Tash showed. Her knowledge of the local market and previous sales was very good and she suggested a price to list the property at which was much higher than the other agents suggested, but was also able to submit offers which were inline with the asking price, so she can produce the results. I would highly recommend Tash Santos to anyone looking for a professional agent to sell your property.
Being a first home owner, my partner and I required a lot of guidance throughout the negotiating, purchasing and settlement period. Tash went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase of our first home was a great experience. Her understanding of the property market in the area and willingness to assist in every way possible was outstanding. Thank you Tash!!
I met Tash when I was buying this property and was very impressed that she had wonderful communication skills, her follow up skills were excellent, she kept me informed throughout the negotiation and as part of the contract was to have access, Tash had to come and unlock and lockup every day. There were a couple of hiccups before and during settlement but Tash spoke with the buyer and sorted all out to everyones satisfaction. Would highly recommend Tash!
Tash was a pleasure to work with and an effective communicator. We were always aware of what was happening, and Tash did her best to get us the best price possible. I would certainly recommend her.
Tash Santos is a highly motivated and professional agent with excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of her target market. We found her to be friendly and approachable throughout the sale process. Tash's excellent negotiation skills helped us to achieve a successful result when selling our property.
Mrs Tash Santos is an amazing employee in Ray White Mermaid Beach. She is excellent at helping both native Australian as well as foreign immigrants who want to purchase properties in Mermaid Beach/Mermaid Waters. She helped our family to purchase a house in Australia for the very first time and we are absolutely pleased with the purchase. We hope you and Ray White Mermaid Beach will be successful.Thank you very much.
