Tash Santos dealt with the sale of our property in a very exceptional manner.From the outset she was very professional , never pressured us into decisions and guided us very well .The advice about getting the property market ready was spot on .We only did just the right amount of alterations to make the house presentable. She was never unrealistic about what price we could achieve and the decision to go to auction was the right one and I believe we achieved a very good price .I would suggest that anyone wanting to have an agent that works well with both parties buyer and vendor alike would be more that impressed with Tash and the level of service given .

Tash was very helpful, would return calls and would endeavour to answer any questions I had regarding my property purchase. As I bought at auction I can't review Tash as far as her ability with negotiations are concerned so ignore my low rating .
