Tash has a professional approach and great communication skills. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and also present market conditions. She has a very pleasant personality and nothing was too much trouble. She was always available to answer any queries we had and kept us well informed at every stage of the sales process. We would not hesitate to recommend Tash to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Tash was great. Easy to reach, always quickly replied to messages when not available for a phone call. Went out of her way to help us.
One advantage we enjoyed was Tash's high degree of local knowledge of the Mermaid area. This meant accurate and quick assessment and a short sale period.
We recently sold through Tash and were extremely pleased with her knowledge and professionalism. Tash’s view on the value of our home aligned well with our expectations. A great communicator who delivered with her actions. Very refreshing in an industry that seems to have a broad range of competency amongst Agents. Recommended by a friend and we will do likewise.
Tash answered all of my frantic questions and was fantastic through the whole process!
At each stage Tash has guided us through the purchase of our property. She has given us good information and advice. The purchase had some problems out of her control, but she did everything she could to make the process run as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend. Joe & Polly.
We are very happy and satisfied customers. Tash was very professional throughout the process. Very helpful and prompt. We highly recommend Tash to our family and friends. She was with us all the way through...
I purchased a residential property for my business premises in late 2019. I found Tash to be very thorough and professional in all her dealings with me. Despite her obvious desire to get the best deal for her seller, Tash remained transparent and helpful in our negations and purchase. I would not hesitate to use her services again as either a seller or buyer
Buying a new place with Tash was great. She is very helpful in all aspects. My husband & I highly recommended Tash for her great service!
Tash made the process of buying our house really simple and smooth. She was lovely to deal with, and her communication was excellent. Arriving to our new home with a bow on the front door was a nice touch. Thanks Tash.
Tash was fantastic to deal with! She was very prompt in replying to our texts and phone calls. Did the best she could to get our deal done as son as it was possible, and very lovely personality. I highly recommend her services and couldn't thank her enough for making the process so smooth.
